School Registration: 2025-2026

Registering New and Returning Students

Vienna is registering new and returning students. All registration information can be found at www.viennahs.com/registration.

Students can be registered either in person or online.

In-person registration will be held on Wednesday, July 30, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Thursday, July 31st, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A parent or guardian must accompany students on one of these days to complete the registration process.

Online registration will be open on Monday, July 21. While online registration is an option for all students, we still encourage everyone to come in person for the benefits of face-to-face interaction with parents, staff, and students.

For online registration, parents can log in to their Student Management account by going to www.viennahs.com and selecting “Log In” and then “Student Management” (TeacherEase). Once logged in, you can select the “Online Registration” button at the top of the page. Returning high school students and incoming freshmen from Buncombe, Cypress, Dongola, New Simpson Hill, and Vienna Grade can choose “Returning Student.” Your student's name should appear underneath “Returning Student.” Please ensure you have your student's Social Security number, as this information is needed. Please do not put all 0s. Put the correct number in. If you are a new student, meaning not from a feeder grade school or a returning high school student, you must pre-register by following this link www.viennahs.com/newstudent.

If you do not know your parent username and/or password to access Student Management (TeacherEase), please fill out this form https://forms.gle/U4BDibaBVExHogLh8, and TeacherEase will send you a new email to register OR visit www.viennahs.com, choose “Resources” and then “Parent Access Registration” and complete the form.

If you have any questions, please email info@viennahs.com.
